This story is set between Star Trek: The Motion Picture and Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan and is the only Star Trek comic book written by Walter Koenig (and one of the few Star Trek comics written by any cast members of the various series').  Entitled "Chekov's Choice," it was released in October of 1985 and is the newsstand edition.  

White pages and graded by CGC at 9.6 as part of their special Signature Series.  With Signature Series books a certified CGC witness actually observes the signing of the comic and then immediately takes possession of the book so there is no possibility of the real autograph being switched out with another.
