Previous owner bought a lot of dollhouse supplies years ago that she never used. The paper may have some wrinkles or light folds from storage, but should be fine once applied.

Design is in black and white, but I think it could be colored, if desired, and given several top coats to seal. (I haven't done this before, so I am not sure.)

Scale: 1:12 (same scale table in first and third photo for comparison)

Condition: No tears or stains, may have light folds from storage
