Here we have a Vintage Love A Lot Care Bear Figure. It is approx. 3 1/2" tall. It was made by Kenner I believe. It says AGC on the leg. It is in good condition. It does have some wear and imperfections. It does have some stickiness feel from age since it is plastic. See photos for more info.
