This is an 8 panel skirt with a flair. The red fabric is a stretch fabric and the print is silky fabric. The ruffles are circular cut and have a nice flair when you are spinning. You have 8 long vertical ruffles at each seam and 8 shorter vertical ruffles in between each seam. The v-neck top has ruffles for the short sleeves and the underarm is open for free arm movement when dancing.
