The plastic shrink wrap is firmly sealed and the plastic itself is strong and like new. As noted in the photo gallery, the cartridge has a hole drilled/melted into it near the bottom label. The hole does not appear to go all the way through the case. An online source claims that this is a Canadian release and I do not know if there is a regional relevance to the marking similar to cutouts on American vinyl albums and tapes.
This item is being sold AS-IS as a collectible piece. The package has never been opened, but I cannot guarantee that the tape would play if opened. I normally offer refunds for returns, but the sealed condition is what gives this item value and I could only refund the money if the tape is returned sealed. As collectors, we all know this is standard practice, but it must be stated in writing for.
