Vinyl is very clean.  No flaws noted.  Most would grade this vinyl NM.  Sleeve shows normal shelf wear with some ring wear, and bumped corners.  Nothing major.  No Splits.  Vinyl is graded according to Goldmine Standards.  I am not a vinyl expert, but I do my best to give you an accurate account of what you are buying.  If there is any doubt I use a grade a step lower to make sure my grade is fair.   Please ask if you have any questions as I want you to be sure of what you are buying.
