Lower display insert is for Juggernaut vs Dhalsim, but the characters are Juggernaut and Ryu. The card and background image (background display card behind the characters) are for the Apocalypse vs Dhalsim set. Juggernaut is the brownish/red variant that's supposed to come with the Juggernaut vs Chun Li set. Ryu has no clothes.
