Dosage
1. To open the wrapper, firmly grasp the tampon with clean hands, pull the shiny strip and remove the packaging. 2. Straighten the pull cord, check that the threads are tied together and fit tightly against each other. 3. Insert your index finger into the recess at the end of the tampon where the pull cord comes out. 4. Choose a comfortable position. For example, stand up and lift one leg, insert the tampon as deep into the vagina as possible. 5. If you feel that the tampon does not bother you, you have inserted it correctly. The pull cord remains outside. 6. Tampons should be changed every 4-8 hours. To remove the tampon, gently pull the pull cord.
