This server powers on and lights up on the front.  This is as far as I have been able to test it.  It is in good cosmetic condition.  It comes with the 12V power adapter shown in the pictures.  A power adapter wasn't included with this when I purchased it but the power adapter, I am including with this is 12V VDC and according to the information tag on the server it will run with an input of 9-30VDC.
