Vintage Gold Tone - SCEPTER or MAGIC WAND - Blue and Red Stones Pin Brooch 2 3/4

The blue stone is semi-transparent and to my untrained eye looks like a natural stone of some sort.  The red stone is more transparent but I have no idea what the material is.
