IT IS A MEAURING INSTRUMENT THAT MEASURES ANGLE,SLOPES AND ELEVATION OF AN OBJECT TO GRAVITY DIRECTION. THIS IS ALSO USED TO MEASURE THE HEIGHT OF (TALL) OBJECTS.
