Roxanne Baste It Glue Stick RX-GL21. 

Roxanne Baste It Glue is a temporary basting glue that is 100 percent water soluble. Holds firmly until moistened with water. Great for applique work, quilt binding, chenille strips and more. 

For quilting, sewing, scrap-booking, and other craft projects.
