You are buying a circa 1920-35 ALL STERLING SILVER FILIGREE PERIOD ART DECO necklace and matching bracelet set. There are topaz blue color marquise cut GLASS stones equivalent to 1/3 Ct each. This set has old style solid spring ring clasps. 
The condition is very good there is some rub wear to the stones only in the bracelet visible with loupe only np wear issues to the necklace. The links have slight wear but no excessive thinning or weak spots. The spring ring clasp work fine.
