One side is fleece and the other side is a waterproof material. The vest is machine washable. It is dark gray on the waterproof side and black on the fleece side.

The vest is sleeveless. The sleeve opening measures approximately 28 inches around the arm. The length of the vest is 28 1/2 inches. The chest measure 54 inches. The length from shoulder to shoulder is 19 inches. The vest closes with a zipper. The collar is a stand up collar which can be folded down. It has slash pockets on the front. There is a zippered pocket on the waterproof side.
