Good working condition. Shows signs of wear, scuffs, scratches, etc. See all photos. Cord has been replaced with 32" cord and 3-prong plug. Black base shown in photos is NOT INCLUDED. You will need to add mounting hardware. 2 working florescent bulbs are included - life span not guaranteed.
