This is an opened box item.  Half of the styrofoam protection is missing.IIt is about 9" to the top of the star.   The battery powered light up dog Christmas tree is in very good condition. It has a gold star on the top.  The dogs are a mixture of breeds.  THIS HAS BEEN TESTED AND WORKS BUT THE LIGHTS SEEM VERY DIM.  It requires 3 AA batteries that are not included.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
