This is a copy of Spectacular Spider-Man, Peter Parker #121 published by The Marvel Comics Group in Dec., 1986.  The grade is probably at least a Good+ but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The book is complete and intact.  It has been kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
