I am not sure of age or location.. if I had to guess Massachusetts but I could be wrong.

 Appears to be pretty old. I would say it's pre 1930. See photos as this does show some visible wear. Corner and edge wear, tanning, and discolorations exist. Be sure to examine all photos to see any other visible wear consistent with age and handling.
