Pre-owned and used. Please note the warranty is from the 1960s so obviously it is not valid. It is just part of the manual. The manual does show visible wear. Especially but not limited to: discolorations, tanning, and wear to edges and corners. See photos for assessment.

There was a piece of paper as seen in photo #2 that shows a revision to the instructions. That will also be included.
