Pre-owned and used. The bottom piece of earring is loose but as seen in photo it is hooked all the way through to the top hook so when they are being worn they should stay flush on bottom of bead. 

That piece could be glued but I would rather let the buyer do it because it's not really needed because of the way they are made.
