Good condition. The edges of the pages have a small number of small light spots / stains (see pictures for examples). The bottom edges of the book have wear / rubbing (see pictures). There is a short note to the former owner written on the inside of the front cover. The dust jacket has a 0.75 inch tear on the front cover running from the top of the "M" to the top edge (see picture). The dust jacket also has some wear, some light creasing, and some very light scratching. There is the remnants of a sticker affixed to the inside flap of the jacket (where the price is typically printed).
