Hatber Premium Puzzle 500 Pieces Ornament USSR Carpet DIY Abstraction Art
Today, we invite you to take a nostalgic journey back to the Soviet era. Every Soviet home likely had a carpet hanging on the wall, and every Soviet child probably studied its patterns. You might have spent your childhood exploring the intriguing designs on these carpets, discovering images of animals, people, and faces within them. But who created these designs, and what do they really mean?
In the USSR, there was a catalog from which you could order genuine carpets from various republics and even abroad! This catalog featured a vast selection of ornaments with names, countries of origin, and brief descriptions shedding light on the designs and their meanings. Each pattern was traditional, based on ancient motifs, and every design carried a "message."
For instance, a common feature was the "medallion" at the center, symbolizing the sun, while geometric patterns around the edges often represented stylized animals or plants.
Our premium-class puzzle consists of 500 pieces (17x17 mm), each individually packed in a transparent bag. The vivid, colorful design will appeal to true puzzle enthusiasts. The puzzle is made from specially developed European cardboard with increased thickness, making assembly even more enjoyable.
