Record Surface: Extensive surface marring. There is also scuffing and scratches are present.
Record Edges: No chips.
Audio Quality: Occasional pops/clicks exist. Plays with a fair amount of surface noise.
Other Notes: Good sized warp that does not affect (my) playback or audio quality.
