The Flash #276 (August, 1979), signed and sketched by veteran comic creator Alex Saviuk (Spider-Man, Green Lantern, The Flash, Superman, etc.). Though The Flash #275 is officially recognized as the issue in which Iris dies, it isn't confirmed until this issue, which features Barry dealing with the aftermath, his grief, and the drugs still in his system from issue #275 (and that are still affecting his mind and behavior). Arriving at the JLA satellite, he demands that the Justice League bring Iris back to from the dead. Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern all disappoint him, sending the drug influenced Flash into a rage as the Fastest Man Alive attacks his fellow Leaguers for 'refusing' to help. Even with Batman there to help, it looks like the Flash's speed gives him the upper hand in this battle...
A classic Bronze Age gem with an authentic sketch by Alex Saviuk. Please note, with Signature Series books a certified CGC witness actually observes the signing of the comic and then immediately takes possession of the book so there is no possibility of the real autograph being switched out with another. It will be shipped with the utmost care.
