Open Box - The Packaging was open and partially broken when we got this paper. We checked to be sure the paper was the full 30" Length and taped the packaging closed.

Paper is a simple candy stripe kraft paper brown (color not necessarily texture/thickness) and a metallic red. This is very pretty and will make a beautiful project!
