Leaves from a Grass-House Don Blanding Illustrated Book 1923 Eighth Edition

Slim volume of poetry in wraps (French flaps over stapled binding) published by Patten Company LTD, 1923. Stated eighth edition. Printed on nice thick paper with lovely illustrations throughout. Former owner marks on the inside 1st page. The front piece under the french wrap has become detached at the binding.  Binding shows bends to the corners and tearing to spine as well as rubbing to white along spine edges, and creasing in various places along edges. Very good condition overall.
