This rare vintage collector turning plate by Kaiser features a lovely Dutch river landscape scene with a quaint windmill and features a patterned gold trim. Made of porcelain in West Germany in the mid-century, this piece embodies a Dutch Colonial style.

It measures 12.5 inches in diameter and is ideal for collectors of Kaiser pottery from the 1950s.
