This is a copy of The Deadly Foes of Spider-Man #3 released by The Marvel Comics Group in Jul., 1991.  It is in at least Very Fine/Near Mint condition but I'll leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  I am the original owner and have kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
