Retro  2 PC Skirt & Bolero 1960s vintage Orange Gold Silk? Asian Flair Womens Size small...I think this may have been custom made in an Asian country. The material is a changeable silk like burnt orange with gold metallic florals woven in. I cannot identify the fabric for certain, but it looks very expensive. 
The skirt is a long pencil style, with a slit in back. The sleeveless top is a loose fitting but darted bolero style.
