This very cool Mexican Sterling brooch features a sculptural vision of an undersea garden, with stylized seaweed, seahorses, and one little angelfish peeking out. I am not 100% sure what the gold material of the seahorses and fish is, but I am quite sure it's not gold, though it really looks like it. It might be highly polished brass. 1 3/4" wide.

The signed sterling brooch is quite heavy—it weighs 15.5 grams on the jewelry scale! It measures 1 3/4" wide and 1 7/8" wide. It is marked TA-142, which is 925 sterling silver.

The vintage sea garden brooch is in great condition, and though tarnished, it will be polished it when you get it.
