Vintage pot metal  brooch measures 1 1/4” x 1 3/4” ; a bowl of flowers with clear and light aqua rhinestone accents. The name "Le Blanc" is on the back along with some initials that we are unable to make out. The clear stones are somewhat cloudy and there are four missing light aqua stones as pictured. It is otherwise in excellent condition.
