This is a super-duper 1930s women's vintage high military-style hat, a toque, if you will. It has a high crown with two rows of bugle beads surrounding it. The hatband dips down in the back—wow, such a cool design. It is made of Velour, a fur blend.
It has a New York Creation label and a Heinz Store label in Scranton, Pa.

It isn't easy to measure, but it should fit any head with hairpins. Excellent condition!
