Vintage 1970s Vuokko 100% cotton ( medium weight) dress is a timeless and interesting style. The shape is flowy, sort of romantic with its very full sleeves that end in larger cuffs, not tight or fitted.

It has no pockets. The ruffle on the bottom is 23.5" long. Unlined.  Part of a collection that is being sent to me from Finland. Though marked 38, which is typically a s/m, it may fit a little larger size as the measurements show.

Vuokko Nurmesniemi was a principal designer for Marimekko and known for bold color and shape combinations, whimsical looks.
