You are bidding on this new in the package 8 foot by 2 foot banner featuring BUCKY BADGER.  This is a great item for the college student to hang in his or her dorm room or apartment. Also a great item to hang in the man cave. This banner/flag is made out of a heavy weight nylon with premium quality applique and embroidery. Look at the last picture to view the back of the package and the embroidered applique. This banner was never removed from the packaging. Also notice the quality reinforced metal grommets for easy hanging. The nylon is weather resistant and will last a very long time.  This is an official Licensed College product.
