This very rare stamp book commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Beijing Public Security Bureau formed in 1948 along with the Chinese Communist Party. 

The six page booklet details the history in Chinese and English.
Includes 22 stamps in mint condition in clear plastic sleeves, an envelope commemorating the 50th anniversary with stamps in clear sleeve, along with commemorative stickers and a limited numbered designation sticker in clear sleeve.
