New, unused with shelf worn packaging. Plastic wrap covering has tearing. Plastic disc end caps have shifted inside the packaging, causing some wear spots to the reflective strips for the inside "mirrors". Should not adversely affect its function. Some sticker adhesives do deteriorate over time. These have not been tested.
