This is a comic of Ripley's Believe It or Not! True Demons and Monsters No. 14 published by Gold Key Comics in Mar., 1969.  The grade is probably at least a Good- but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  The upper staple is detached from the centerfold.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
