The Rising of the Moon - A Novel by Peter Berresford Ellis. This book apparently was bought at a library sale. It has a plastic cover over the dust jacket, a stamp on the edge of the pages, and a library location stamp on the spine. As you can see in the pictures, it has one ugly page where the library card pocket was ripped off.  

The dust jacket under the plastic appears to be in fairly good condition. This book is a First U.S. Edition.
