Tips for customers to using it: 1.Please switch the soundbar to different modes according to your connection. 2. Please set the TV’s audio output setting to “PCM” format when you use the OPT/HDMI connection and turn off the TV’s speaker choose the external speaker. 3. Please press and hold the BT button on the remote to make it recognized if it is connected to other devices. 4. This mode do not support Dolby source.

  • Set Up with Multiple Options: The HDMI ARC connection allows you to control the volume on the soundbar with the TV remote control, and the Optical and AUX connections ensure compatibility with all the older TV models. There’s also a USB input for connecting U disk to play local music. The soundbar can be connected to any Bluetooth enabled devices such as computers, smart phones, tablets and so on.
  • 3 Equalizer Modes: The sound bar can be switched to three equalizer modes( movie/music/dialogue mode) depending on the TV programs you are watching. The LED light blinks when the EQ mode is switched successfully. In addition, we provide replacement remote control for free. (Remote control is not compatible with universal or TV remotes)

Policies

If you do need to return your item, please contact us via email (you will receive an email when your product ships with additional details - Subject: Important information about your purchase). You will then be provided with a return shipping label and packing slip. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and return the item within 30 business days of the date you request a return, or your return will be canceled. Once we receive your order we will inspect the return. Please allow up to 5 business days of receiving the returned item for your refund.
