This is a copy of Moon Knight: Fist of Khonshu #5 released by The Marvel Comics Group in Nov., 1985.  It is in at least Near Mint/Mint condition but I'll leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  It was kept it in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
