This is a comic of Mad Magazine No. 167 published by E. C. Publications in Jun., 1974.  The grade is probably at least a Good- but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  The bottom staple is detached from the cover, cover almost detached and split.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
