*** Nearly New Discounts products are considered Open Box items. Most items have not been used. Packaging has been opened. We cannot advertise these items as Brand New. Even though it may look brand new, it may not be so we cannot guarantee “Brand New” items.

Items may be missing tags, original boxes and even factory sealing. Packaging may not be in pristine condition and may show wear, have tape residue and in some cases be damaged. Packaging condition does not affect product.

Items are returns, overstocks, liquidations and sometimes even broken or missing part items which will be stated under description. Please make sure to read descriptions and email with questions.

May have slight discoloring, light scratches or dirt spots from being sent to factory and back to liquidator for resell or from being displayed for sale.

Wiring on fixtures may look used from Fixtures being tested. If the wiring on fixtures does not look used, fixtures are not tested

Items are not considered brand new factory sealed items and do not come with manufacturer warranties

We do our best to describe every product as we see it but may miss small details.

Returns are accepted for defective, broken, and/or wrong item sent. You are responsible for shipping back. Once item is received and inspected, if deemed defective, broken, and/or wrong item sent, you will be refunded cost of item and return shipping. USPS ground shipping must be used. If you use anything other than USPS Ground then difference between USPS ground and how you ship is on you.

Upon receiving item(s), it will be inspected and tested. If deemed not in same condition as when it left inventory, you will be refunded according to condition.

All items are inventoried, pictures taken and noted for damage, discolorations, defectiveness, and any other noticeable damage when coming into inventory and when leaving for shipping. They must be received in same condition and with all parts and pieces that you may have received with to include screws, bolts, etc.
