Shipping
We ship only to the address provided on your PayPal account, a complete & correct shipping address is essential. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
- You have the option to upgrade or request a certain shipping method or provider, at an additional cost.
- We offer a shipping discount on multiple items, just contact us before paying so we can invoice for the correct shipping charge.
- Your item will be carefully packed & shipped, usually within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) of receiving payment. We will contact you if it is going to be over this time-frame.
Domestic Orders
- SS Reality Sales typically ships USPS. We occasionally ship UPS or Fedex, depending on weight and/or delivery address.
- A signature is required upon delivery of all orders over $200
- All sales that are shipped within the state of Minnesota are subject to 6.88% sales tax, unless a resale certificate is emailed to us, the resale certificate is subject to SS's approval.
International Orders
- Buyer is presented with shipping options at checkout & is responsible for all custom fees in addition to shipping charges.
- First-Class International shipping is the cheapest, however, there is no tracking service provided, only a customs number that informs when the item leaves the USA. Also, it may take up to 60 business days, or more, for the item to be delivered. We cannot offer delivery guarantee with First-Class International shipping.
