NOS Mentadent Advance Whitening Refreshing Mint Toothpaste Bonus Pack 2 Refills.  I did notice a stain on the bottom of the box,  I did open the box to make sure item wasn't leaking and it wasn't.   It was sealed up until I opened it for that reason.   Please refer to all photos.
