New, open package.  These are miniatures.  Penny is pictured for reference but not included.  Please see pictures for the exact size.  These are not full size products.  The boxes do have some damage as seen in the pictures but the toys are in perfect condition.  You will also receive the outer ball which can be put together for a display with the included accessories.
