The plaque is still sealed in original manufacturer's packaging and has never been opened.  The packaging has some creases, bumps, corner and edge wear etc. from its age and the store peg hooks. The blister and plaque though are still intact and in great overall shape. See attached photos for better condition details. These are getting more and more difficult to find and this will make a great addition to any collection.
