Amethyst. There is one .005 natural diamond set on the front. The portion below this single stone is gold work not stones. The chain in a fine 18” link rope style. The pendant does not come off this chain. The clasp is a small spring ring.

The condition is VERY GOOD no chips or cracks to stone, no chain damage or wear issues and working clasp.
