New, old stock: I recently bought several unworn vintage Carole pieces. 

While this is new with tag, it is older and the tag is worn/bent and the ruffled hemline is wrinkled from the way it was hanging but resting on a shelf.

Measurements are approximate:

Underarm to underarm: about 24.5-25"

Shoulder to front hem  about 43"
