Comments:  This is a very standard antenna that will fit many vehicles and works great for almost any custom install. It's a familiar style in classic GM, Ford, & Chrysler vehicles and often you will see a pair of them mounted at an angle in the rear of your typical "low rider". Although that is not the most common use of course.

The reception is excellent bringing in the toughest radio signals with a decent receiver. The most important thing to remember when installing a new antenna is to make sure it is properly grounded to metal on the chassis! If not, it will not work. In an install where it will not be mounted to a grounded chassis it is best to run a separate ground wire direct to the battery.

We've been using these ourselves and selling them for years and they work great. Although you can save $$$ and buy this directly from us at a good price online, this is something that we suggest be professionally installed by an experienced technician. If you don't know what you're doing pay a little more and support your local shop!
