Union made in USA.  ****READ**** Tagged 52 waist by 30 inseam BUT actually measure 52 inch waist by 28-28.5 inch inseam (full measurements in photos).  These are distressed, stained, but there are no rips, tears, or holes.  There is a ton of life left in these.
